<p>you should definitely be a semi... the highest cutoff was 221. I would contact your guidance staff and the NM organization in illinois.</p>
<p>Yeah, that 223 would make SF in any state. Even international, I think that's the exact cut-off. So yeah, get in touch with the authorities, right away.</p>
