<p>So I got inducted into this today. I thought it looked pretty "prestigious" but most of the people that got in it barely know Spanish at all and stuff. While I am still putting into my resume (I'm going to be in it for three years so that helps), I wanted to know how good does it usually look on most apps.</p>

<p>I think it should look good on apps…our Spanish Honor Society at my school is very serious and Spanish and grades and we do a lot of activities. So I think as long as you are involved then it should be fine.</p>
<p>honors like these, for top school applicants, are run of the mill. Definitely congratulations – but for the schools that look at awards (which aren’t that many), this one won’t really stand out that much. List it, but don’t expect much “wow” factor.</p>
