<p>The Navy still has a limited number of NROTC scholarships available for students attending Historically Black Colleges and Universities this fall (2014). This includes the following colleges and universities:</p>

Howard University
Huston-Tillotson College
Morehouse College
Norfolk State University
Prairie View A&M University
Savannah State University
Southern University and A&M College
Spelman College
Tennessee State University
Texas Southern University
Tuskegee University
Xavier University of Louisiana</p>
<p>The NROTC scholarship pays for all tuition plus most mandatory fees. Also includes $750 per year for books, and at least $300 per month stipend which is not subject to income tax.</p>
