the id is “cliu5” but somehow the first 4 digits of “cliu” doesn’t exist

My guess is that you may be using the wrong unity ID perhaps because the one you would have normally had assigned was already taken. It looks like you are entering the default password correctly.

The Unity ID consists of eight lowercase characters – determined by the user’s first and middle initials, and the first six characters of the user’s last name. In cases where the Unity ID following this format is already in use, numerals will be placed starting in the 8th spot to create a unique ID. Users must have unique IDs because file storage, e-mail, academic records and personal information are all stored by Unity ID account names. Unity IDs are assigned in the chronological order of entry into the University’s system.

yeah, unfortunately, this doesn’t work. I guess no Unity ID has been assigned

Also have only 7 characters and can’t figure what the 8th would be for my ID as well… will wait I guess.

yes- last 4 of student ID and bday. For me the username took a few tries to guess tho

what was your username format? was it different from first initial, middle initial, and first 6 of last name? Did you have to add additional characters at the beginning or end? If so, what were the additional characters?

is the student id one the thing under email in account information
