Most kids we know seem to have gotten deferred…I have no idea of the actual number tho

I am so frusterated like you…insanely frusterated…I never thought it would be this difficult to get in…from Wake County. I wish we lived in another county…I really hope your son gets in…it sounds like he worked so hard…

Thank you!! I hope your son gets in too!! We are almost there!! Does your son have another school that he’s been accepted to that he likes? My son got into UNC Charlotte…it has a fantastic computer science program so we will be happy either way, although State is definitely his first choice. Good luck!

Go to myPack portal and click on Student Accounts. Then on the left it says Advance Enrollment Deposit. The AED is an indicator of acceptance. Click on it.
do aed’s come out this early before decisions?
For the 1/28 release, I believe you could only see it about 24 hours prior and your withdrawal button needed to disappear first on the other site. Many people could not see the AED ahead of time and still got in, so don’t worry if you cannot see anything.

No, not everyone can access…. From reading the previous boards a lot of people couldn’t access but still got accepted!
