I applied to NCSSM this year and was wondering if anyone knows how much your grades, essays, teacher recommendations, math test, each count for towards the selection process? Like is there a percentage for each of them and how much they impact the selection? Thanks!
I don’t think there is a set percentage for these factors. They probably all contribute in a holistic way, similar to how college admissions work. All factors work together to give the admissions team a better idea of who you are and what type of student you are.
