Hi everyone,
I am an international applicant from Taiwan. Luckily, I got the admissions of ChemE doctoral programs from NC state and Penn State. Both schools provided stipend, tuition wavier, and health insurance.
My research interests covered soft materials and polymer science. It’s pretty hard for me to choose one from those two. I preferred the weather and the environment at NCSU and they seems to have more opportunities to find an internship. For PSU, they’re also well-known for ChemE and have a strong connection with the MSE department.
I would like to seek a position in the industry after graduation. Is there anyone who can provide me with some suggestions of selecting the best choice?
