Just wondering what the perks of majoring/minoring in Near Eastern studies (or Middle Eastern Studies) would be. I read about events and culture in the region a lot so I thought this is something I may be interested in studying. Also, I'm not exactly the type of personality that's really good with people, so I'd like to know if that's something that could effect me going into the work force or pursuing graduate studies.
