Nearby walk-in clinics

So, I was evidently supposed to get a health data form along with my admission packet as a mid-year transfer. I didn't, and I've been informed that not only can I not register for classes next semester but I can't receive my grades until I go have a physical exam. What's more, the data form explicitly can't be filled out by anybody at Rice.

So I'm looking for a clinic where I could get this done tomorrow morning. I don't have a car here. I could ask someone to take me as a last resort or take a taxi, but I'm trying first to see if there's something within walking distance.

I know Rice is next door to the Texas Medical Center, but I'm having trouble finding online information about some place there where I could get this done. I've asked a number of people here at Rice, and someone at the health center recommended I go to a Walgreens about four miles away. That looks like my best option right now.

Does anybody have suggestions on where I could get this done within walking distance?

Thanks very much!

zsquared – I don’t know of any walk-in clinics within walking distance of Rice. Most of these are located in suburban areas. I think the Walgreens clinic on West Gray is probably your closest option.
There is a new urgent care center that opened up on Rice Blvd in Rice Village. Perhaps you could call them and see if they would be able to do what you want. http://elitecareemergency.com/contact/</a> It might be worth a try.
