need a ton of financial aid

<p>to make a long story short i need almost a full ride... my EFC is very low so if a college meets %100 of need then that will cover it all</p>

<p>looking at top 20 universities and top 10 LAC's</p>

<p>can anyone tell me which of these schools outside of HYS would offer most need based aid for transfer?</p>

<p>i think almost any top 15 university except for brown offers 100% financial aid to transfers... am i wrong? are there any other schools like brown who don't?</p>

<p>i also think that LACs are less generous with financial aid to transfers than national universities</p>
