Need advice on senior class schedule plz

Hi everyone I am currently a junior this year. I am choosing which classes I am taking next year and I wondered if i could get some advice on what to take. This year I'm taking:

AP Biology
AP Calculus AB
AP Statistics
AP English Language
U.S. History
Chinese Year 2

I am trying to go for the premed route so my senior schedule I thought would be like this
AP English Literature
AP Chemistry
AP Physics C
AP Music Theory
Chinese Year 3
American Democracy/Economics

As in terms of workload, I think I can handle it because I'm taking 4 APs this year and I am getting decent grades. I want to try AP music theory since I am interested in maybe getting a minor in music and majoring in biology. I've been playing flute/sax for about 7 years and guitar for 2 years if that helps but Im afraid its going to be too hard. Does anyone have any experiences that they could tell me? Some other classes I have considered are AP Econ because the teacher is really good at our school(he won 25,000 for being national teacher of the year a few years ago), AP Psychology which had a 100% pass rate for the Ap exam at our school, Physiology which could help me prepare for medical school, and AP Calculus BC though I hate math. I am thinking about dropping Chinese Year 3 because I already had 8 years of Chinese school and if I do fine on the SAT 2 for Chinese and the AP Chinese exam this year, I wont need Year 3. Please give me advice on which classes I should add or drop. I just want a course load recommended for a person preparing for all those science classes in college, but I also want a balanced schedule so my senior year isn't loaded with lots of work. Applications for classes are due next week. Thanks in advance!

I have heard that colleges view non-AP/IB electives like Physiology as fluff courses and tend to look down upon them. Plus, if your school has a weighted GPA system, that will not work to your advantage.

Tests are nice and definitely stand testament to your abilities, but another year of Chinese really couldn’t hurt. Not only would it show continuity and dedication, but if you are already an accomplished speaker than it would be an easy class for you.

I would recommend skipping Econ because it does not relate to either music or any kind of premedical studies. I might also skip AP Psych since you already have two high-level sciences in your schedule and you may not want to be weighted down by all that homework when you have applications on your plate next fall, as well.

I think Chinese 3, Physics, Chem, Lit, Music Theory, and a non-AP/IB history course would probably be best considering the information you’ve provided. I’m in the midst of scheduling season, too, so good luck with whatever decision you make!

Thank you so much for responding so fast your advice is really helpful I think I will do that!
