Looking for advice regarding senior schedule

So I'm going to be a senior next year and was unsure about what classes to take. I already know that I will most likely be taking

Acc Physics
AP Literature
AP Calculus AB
AP Psychology

The classes I am unsure about are whether to take AP Economics or AP Macroeconomics and AP Spanish Literature, AP Art Consortium, or orchestra.

So I was originally going to take Econ but after talking to my guidance counselor I'm leaning more toward Macro. Since I ultimately plan on going to med school or at least major something in bio, my counselor was saying how it is not really necessary for me to take Econ. That and Econ is incredibly tough, with an immense amount of math. Therefore, does anyone have any suggestions about which is better?

Second was between Spanish Lit or Art. Regarding these, I'm not taking them for which looks better on a resume. I'm really passionate about art but I would also like to be able to read literature in Spanish; that, and I feel sort of regretful about dropping a language I have been learning for so many years.

On a side note, I do know that colleges prefer four years of language. However, I have taken Spanish for 3 years (one being AP Spanish Language) and AP Chinese for one. How important is four consecutive years of a language for someone interested in a science major?

So yes, I love art but also am very interested in spanish lit. Oh and orchestra, I have been playing cello for many years and have been in the school orchestra for 2 years but dropped it last year for art. I am in an outside orchestra but I do not think I am allowed to continue this year if I am not in a school orchestra. I could always drop senior privilege to take more class but I would rather not do that.

Regarding, my scheduling conflict, does anyone have any advice?

Thanks in advance
