I am stuck between choosing three great schools. I got accepted to the University of Michigan, and I believe that I will be accepted to both Notre Dame and Northwestern, I just really need help to choose between all three. The curve-ball in all of this is that I got accepted to Michigan State (Honors College and James Madison College). I just really need some advice.

i wouldn’t worry about this until you actually get a decision from northwestern and notre dame because those are schools where unexpected things can happen.

Assuming you do get into NU and ND, how can we help you decide when you tell us nothing. We don’t need too much information, but answers to the following questions would help:

Intended major

Potential career track

Graduate school aspirations

Social and extra curricular interests

Financial situation/restrictions

since all of them cost the same, Northwestern!

^ How do you know they all cost the same for the OP if he does not even have every decision yet?

Compare total out-of-pocket costs for all 3. Go visit each one.

^^^^If the OP is instate for Michigan, it costs less.

I live in Michigan, and I want to be a lawyer, so I do plan on going to graduate school. My intended major as of now is political science and/or economics. I have visited all of them and I like them all because they are all so different but so far its Umich because of Ann Arbor that I like the most, I think I might get a better financial deal from ND or NW because they are private though.

If you like Michigan best of the three and it ultimately costs about the same/less, then that is where you should go. Academically they are all comparable. Btw, Poli Sci and Econ are very strong at U-M.

If you are pre-law and intend on majoring in Economics or Political Science, I would go for either Michigan or NU. Unless NU gives you significant FA, I would say go for Michigan as it will cost you $100k less over four years.
