Need advice: Which test to take next?

After taking APUSH, I took the SAT II for U.S. History right around the time of the AP exam in my sophomore year. I got a 780, and I'm happy with that score.

I'm a junior now, and it has just occurred to me that I need to take two more subject tests...any suggestions?
I'm between the following three: Math II, English Literature, and Physics

I'm in both AP Calculus and AP English, and doing well in both (A+). I have an A in Physics Honors, and I plan to take AP Physics next year. I'd like some input on the difficulty level of each of the subject tests, since I have a decent background in all three. Like most people, I want to take the test that gives me the best opportunity to get as close to an 800 as possible. I'm willing to study and put the time in, but I'd like to know which of these three tests is the easiest to get a 750+, based on the knowledge of people who have already taken the tests.

Thanks! :)

Based on sheer percentiles, Math II and Physics are the easiest of the exams. Math II has a relatively lenient curve but it can be difficult to perform well on Literature given the fact that one is only allowed to miss approximately two or three questions to attain a perfect composite score.
