Hey guys! I am in a pretty difficult situation, and I need some help. I want to go into aerospace engineering, but I understand that I can work in the same fields with other engineering degrees like mechanical or electrical.

My school's college counselors know very little about engineering, which is why I need some help. My family is in a very rough financial situation, and thus, financial aid is very important.

I have been admitted to:
Mizzou - I live in missouri so this is basically free
University of Tulsa - offering a very generous scholarship
Purdue - impossible to attend due to little financial aid
Miami FL - decent scholarship but not sure about the engineering school's quality
Case Western - smaller scholarship, but we MIGHT be able to make it work

I was wait listed at Lehigh and Vanderbilt.

My first choice was USC, since they have a good aero program, they meet 100% of demonstrated financial need, and their great location (and the fact that I absolutely loved the school) but unfortunately I was not accepted.

Right now, I'm trying to decide between going to Tulsa with the intention of transferring, or trying to make Case western work. Any input?
