I want to give my friends graduation gifts but I'm broke so can only spend around $10 for each. Most are going off to college so I was thinking something to take to the dorm with them. I'm crafty if that helps. Ideas, please.

Why not give them a gift card? It never fails.

Better than a gift card, is ca$h. It can be used everywhere.

So I would say put a ten dollar bill in a funny card.
Odds are, them and their families will buy the stuff for their dorms. Plus you never know what they need

For my friends’ birthdays, I’ll occasionally attach a happy birthday balloon to a bag of candy. Perhaps you could do something similar. You could fill the bag with an array of objects though.

I oftenly use gift cards as gifts for my friends on holidays and special events such as birthdays and graduation. They’re simple. :)

Condoms. Cheap, effective, and most importantly, very useful for college freshman!

But wouldn’t you be insulted if you got a measly $10 bill or gift card? Especially if you were a good friend. I’ve gone to school with these friends since elementary so I want to give them something nice. I just can’t afford much.

What if you got them a cool nalgene-type (but cheaper) water bottle, and filled it with gum/candy/random stuff? Everyone can use water bottles, and its more creative than a gift card or cash.

If you have pictures with them, you could make a picture collage or buy a photo frame, and put a picture of you guys in it. This will be something they can put in their dorm!

I like the water bottle idea. Thanks.

Oh The Places You’ll Go! by Theodore Seuss Geisel.

I’m not kidding. It’s a top graduation present.

^So cliche. My mom got that for my brother when he graduated.

I still think my condom idea is the best.

The condom idea works best.

Or birth control, if they’re female.
