For a 6th class, I’m debating between Advanced art, a full year or psychology 1 and 2, or AP Stats (Which I REALLY do not want to take). Which would look better?

Adv Art, Psychology 1 and 2, or AP Stats

Also, I’m worried about only having 3 AP classes for my senior year, which is why i’m considering taking AP Stats, even though I really hate math and wouldn’t do well in the class. How big of a difference will one AP class have on my transcript?

Out of all of these classes, I really want to take Advanced art. I’m just worried it won’t look rigorous enough or not as good as the other classes I could take.

Which should I take?

And also, how much does my GPA matter senior year?

I would take advanced art if I were you. Psychology would only look good if it was AP, maybe honors. If you don't want to take Stat, don't. GPA is mildly important senior year, mainly for class rank.

It's senior year. Take what you want. You have enough APs, okay? It you love Art, then take it. Senior year is your last chance at taking what you want in HS.

In your situation, there's not really any chance for error no matter what you take, unless you overload yourself, of course.

GPA? Just don't get senioritis. Still keep your GPA, grades, and rank steady, or get them higher if you can.

I made a thread in the HS forum about whether taking AP Calc, AP Physics, or No math and Regular Enviro would hurt or help me. I got the answers I expected.

Rigor is nice and all, but it's not worth anything if you hate 180 days of your life because of it. Especially senior year. Come on now, you really think a college would rescind you because you chose not to take Stats?

I hate math too, and I'm not planning on even taking AP Calc next year, because I don't need it. I'm filling my schedule with the classes I want to take.

In short: Take what you want! It's senior year!

Take something that you will enjoy. Your curriculum rigor is strong enough as it is. If you want to take art, then take it and enjoy the experience.

Take what you want to take! You are under no obligations to take another AP, you have a strong schedule as it is. Keep up your good work, but don't go crazy trying to improve and improve. Enjoy your last year of high school. Good Luck! :)

Currently have AP Stats, and although it is a fairly challenging class at my school (only A in my class) a lot of the class's difficulty is dependent on the teacher.

I like it because I think it has taught me many valuable skills that actually apply outside of a classroom setting and it has me using functions on my TI84 that I could only have wondered about before (if you like calculators haha :) )

I say AP Stats or if not then psychology, which I also have and is interesting.

Take the art class. If you liked them all equally, it would be a tough decision, but you don't, and it isn't. You have what looks like a pretty typical honors student schedule, and not having AP Stats isn't going to make a huge difference to a college.
