<p>I have been accepted to Illinois State University, Mizzou, U Minnesota, and was deferred at Ohio State so I don't consider that an option at this point. Illinois State is affordable to my family but U Minnesota may be and Mizzou is not really without scholarships. I am undecided for my major at this point but I may end up doing some sort of business. At Mizzou, there is a tuition agreement program for surrounding states where I pay 150% resident tuition if I enroll in one of the required majors so this would make it affordable to my family. The only one on that list I could see myself possibility doing is Economics so I could go to Mizzou and major in that, but if I hated it and switched out, I would need to pay full price to Mizzou which would be too much. I could go to U Minnesota depending on scholarships I get there. Illinois State is my safe choice because it's affordable and I could choose any major I want. So I really don't know what to decide on with the tough decision. I know Mizzou and U Minnesota are by far the better schools, but does it matter what school the degree comes from?</p>
<p>It does not really matter where you go to school as long as you do well and grow as a person. Make a spreadsheet to track how much each school will cost as well as the pros and cons. See if that helps in your decision.</p>
