Hey guys I’ve been postponing this for too long and need some advice. Planning on studying engineering - probably BME at CWRU or mechanical at Northeaster - and I can’t pick between the two. I have family in Boston and no one really near Cleveland but that’s really not something to base the choice off. This is for undergrad btw, any advice would be appreciated!!!
As you know, they’re both excellent universities, both strong in engineering, with many similarities. Is the cost a factor for you?
I’m more familiar with Case, as my DS is studying engineering there. I know Northeastern is famous for its co-op program, but Case has strong co-op opportunities for engineers as well.
Here’s an old/closed post that will give you more ideas about the fit/feeling of Case:
Good luck with your choice! You can’t go wrong, of course.
What is the net cost between the two universities?
Where do you live?
