Need help finding a web site!

<p>I recently saw a web site posted somewhere on CC but can seem to remember the link. (Cache cleared) </p>

<p>The web site has statistics of every course in varies university, average course GRADE given out by each individual professor (similar to ratemyprofessor.com). If anyone has the link please reply.</p>
