Need Help Finding Where I Qualify For Transferring (Junior Year)

Hello I am a long time lurker and would like some help figuring out which schools are best/ realistic for me to apply to as a transfer during junior year:

Currently in top 50 LAC
GPA: 3.8 ( Freshmen, with 200/300 level courses)
ECS/Accomplishments: Student Government, Leader of Model UN Club, Volunteer, Received History Department Award, was offered a class reserved for seniors during my sophomore year by a history professor.
Recs and essay won’t be a problem.

Looking to transfer because by the end of junior year I would have already taken a lot of the upper level courses in my first major and my second major doesn’t have a department.

My highschool GPA was a 2.8 (Awful I know, I was undiagnosed with illness - nothing like ADD… it was physical)
I’m taking ACT this summer (wasn’t formerly required)

If I keep my GPA where it is what schools do I have a chance of transferring to? Admit rate percentage wise. I’m not looking for “selective schools” but I have schools in mind that fit my criteria and I don’t want to overreach/want to narrow my search for schools that are realistic/fulfill my academic needs.

Thanks!
