Hello all! I am giving maths level 2 in October 2016 and I HAVE TO HAVE TO get a 800 on that this October, please guide me on how I can reach to it and out of the resources which I will be mentioning here please do tell me which of these would take me to 800! ( I am an average student! )
I have :
- BARRONS
- PRINCETON REVIEW
- CRACKSAT
- SPARKNOTES.
also how is the REVIEW from sparknotes and which all books review should I take? also how many tests and by what time should I start taking the tests!
THANK YOU ALL FOR YOUR TIME!! also CALUCLATOR programs for CASIO FX-9860GII shall be appreciated!!
I used the barrons and princeton review ones and got an 800. Honestly, I think if you are the kind of student who is usually diligent and pay attention in class, I don’t see why you can’t get an 800. The important thing is not to make any careless mistakes – a task that is easier said than done, esp when some of the questions are phrased deliberately in a tricky way to get you to trip up. Concepts-wise, there is nothing too difficult on the test
Thanks for the reply @Harvardbound2017 i will try my best to avoid careless mistakes! I have started reviewing kaplan alongside with barrons. Hope that suffices! Should i do princeton in that case?
mmhm I’d say if you have time, just do as many practices as you can. It’s said that Barron’s is slightly harder than the test and Kaplan’s slightly easier, and Princeton’s somewhere in between. There’s really not much difference at all, actually, so I won’t say that the choice of book matters much. Important thing is to just expose yourself to as many different question types as possible
