Need help. Occidental College Transfer question

First of I want to say thank you to anybody taking the time to read this. I would appreciate any feedback.
I am currently a junior at a private school in Northern California. It's a good school academic wise, but it just doesn't seem like the right school for me. It doesn't have that "college feel" to it and it feels more like a high school. Anyways I was thinking of applying to Occidental college for the spring semester and was just wondering a few things.
1. My current GPA is 3.55 and am a Kinesiology major. It would've been better but I got a C- in Anatomy and a C+ in Physiology. What do you think, based on GPA, my chances are of getting in? Will those C+ affect me at all?
2. This should actually be question number 1 but does occidental college even accept second semester juniors as transfers?
3. Does anybody know if they give good financial aid to transfers, because my families income is less than 25,000 (were a family of 4, with my older sister in college as well)?
4. This is for anybody that currently attends Occidental, what is it like? What do you and don't you like about it? Also, are transfer students guaranteed on campus housing?

Thanks for taking the time to read this thread, and any feedback would be greatly appreciated

Hello! I am currently a sophomore at Oxy and would be happy to answer some of your general questions!

Financial aid and housing for transfers works in the same way as financial aid and housing for incoming first years. Once admitted, the Office of Financial Aid will assess your families financial needs through the CSS Profile and FAFSA application. Then through a combination of grants, scholarships, work programs and student loans, the Office of Financial Aid will work to make the cost of attendance affordable.

I like Oxy because I enjoy both my time spent in the classroom and outside of the classroom. Classes are small, and engaging allowing for stimulating discussion among students and the professors. Outside of the classroom, I spend my time on campus and off. I love being able to go to different events in LA (concerts, movies, museums etc…). The location of Oxy definitely adds to the vibrancy of the college. Though I spend some time off campus, I always like being able to come back to the campus.

Hope this information helps! If you have specific questions about transfer admission, feel free to email the admission office at admission@oxy.edu or give them a call at 323-259-2700.
