Hi,
i am going to join undergraduate education in university in september 2011.

i wanna work in future in investment banking or consultant.

i heard that economics is better when entering the GMAT exam

so my major degree will be economics or business + minor (business or politics or finance or psychology)

I think politics can help me in future if i gonna work in the government or enter a political party.

and I will complete my graduate studies after undergraduate education . i wanna get the MBA degree cause it actually will help me in my career in future.

Are you an international student? Start by taking a few more English classes. You don’t need to study politics for a government job. Also, you should have work experience before entering a MBA program.

Ignore the business (too broad), politics (only useful if you are interested in studying politics as an academic, not actually participating in real politics), and psychology (useless) minors. If you are going to major in Economics, make sure you attend a top undergraduate school if you intend on starting in business (if you are starting in government, however, Economics is probably fine). An MBA is only beneficial to your career if you go to a top school, and those top schools require 3-5 years of good work experience first.

First i am an egyptian person and i’ll attend at american university in cairo then i will work in multinational corporations for 3 years or 4 and then i will try my chance to get my mba from harvard, stanford*or wharton and i think these universities may accept me because american unversity in cairo undergraduate certificate is recognized and accepted by the us universities when trying to complete the graduate studies their and there is an exchange program between wharton and american university in cairo and my dream is to get the mba from harvard , stanford or wharton

thanks for your replies
