need help UCLA Honors...

<p>Hi all
I have a quick questoin. I just found out u can apply for honors if u were in the top 3 percent of your graduating class...my rank right now is
3.8000 24/676 4.0 Cum
4.4444 14/676 5.0 Cum</p>

<p>I'm guessing ranking is done by the 4.0. so when i divide 24/676 it comes out to 3.5 percent? Does it have to be within or under 3 percent or can it be about 3percent? lol</p>

<p>Do i still qualify to apply? please tell me ASAP cuz essay due today and official transcipr neeeds to be postmarked</p>

<p>you dont need to send your transcript do you? They verify for you based on what you put on your app</p>
