Need Help! UCSB, UCI, or CSUF Honors

Okay,

I'm going for an English major on a Pre-Med track and I have no idea where to go. I was originally tied between UCSB and UCI, but am now considering CSUF as well because of its honors program. I'm closest to CSUF and it would be the cheapest for me. Basically, in the honors program, I get priority registration, small classes (~15 students), more access to professors, and all that jazz. But, I've heard that CSUF (or any CSU for that matter) puts you at a disadvantage for medical school simply because of the quality of education...is this true?

And then there's UCSB and UCI. I know both are fantastic schools in terms of education but are completely different in environment. What I want to know is how much are professors accessible at each school and how good are the research opportunities there. Plus, I know that UCI is saturated with Pre-Med students, so is the competition really cutthroat there?
It will be more expensive for me to go to both schools (UCSB more so) but I'm willing to work for it if it gives me a higher chance in going to med school...

Help, please?

(Oh, and if anyone knows, can you please tell me your experiences on UCSB's CCS, UCI's CHP, and CSUF's Honor's Program? I'm planning to go for those wherever I end up. Thank you.)

UCSB wins. Irvine is considered as the lower UC. Santa Barbara is on the middle. CSU’s are tier 2, honors doesn’t matter.

Thank you!

Any more help, please?

Bump!

The Cal States aren’t very well known for producing MD’s. As others would say, worded in the negative: there is an anti-self-selection of future MD types towards the CSU’s, if this makes sense; primarily because UC is deemed as a much better place for these types. But it’s all on you: if you do well, and you manifest a high aptitude for medicine, it doesn’t matter where you go; you will succeed. All the best…
