what are my chances at UCLA, UCI, UCSB ,UIUC ,Georgia tech, u michigan ?
or any suggestions for other schools?

I'm assuming you're not a resident of California, Illinois, Georgia or Michigan. I don't know how it changes things for you to be an American citizen studying abroad (do you have dual-citizenship, or did you just decide to go abroad for your education and then change your mind?), but I sense nothing but a sticky path of "exceptions" for you with your somewhat rare situation.

It should help, arnufc. The fact of the matter is still that the odds are against you, though. The UC system is committed to providing transfer spots to California community college students, then US 4-year transfers, and then others.

As I said before, your situation is rather unique. You're probably going to be considered an exception to this or that requirement; if that's the case, unless anyone has any particular experience (ie, dual citizen with residency out of the US, attending non-US college, transferring to US state school), you're not going to get much advice on CC. Best to contact the schools in question.

I think you may get some more specialized help if you also post this in the international forum, some others may have similar expirences and advice.
