I got accepted to San Diego State as a Transfer Student. I am currently taking Calculus but I don't know if I am going to be able to pass it with a C or higher. Is there anyway I can drop and take the class at San Diego or if I don't pass with a C or better does that automatically mean that I will no longer be accepted to San Diego? If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

Contact your counselor, transfer center, and/or SDSU about this.

I think it weighs more if the course is a major prerequisite or something like that. I’ve read that SDSU looks at your GPA on your post-Spring 2009 transcript to see whether it didn’t drop dramatically. A “W” may help you with that.

Is there absolutely no way you can get a C? You can still take the course at SDSU, but the question would really be if you will be at SDSU.

Good luck!
