Need Info from Current Pitt Students

Would someone with real experience with the Pitt Funds Me site let me know if there are possible scholarships for out-of-state students?

The current financial aid package our D20 received isn’t quite enough to commit to Pitt, especially during these uncertain times. However, we are a little tempted to let her put a deposit down to see if she would qualify for any additional scholarship money thought Pitt Funds Me.

Out of state students get merit scholarships at Pitt through GPA and test scores. If she wasn’t offered merit $$ for that, there are not other scholarships that are given just for being out of state.

Is that what you are asking? Mine is a junior and there was never anything additional offered through Pitt Funds Me.

These are definitely crazy times.

She was offered a very small scholarship, plus a “Panther Pride” award. Still pricey, though.
