<p>At my boyfriends dorm if you go to the desk they’ll give you a roll, but it is essentially sandpaper and going to the desk every time you run out is discouraged-- it’s meant to be for emergencies. You’ll just have to see. I always bring my own just because not having to use public bathroom quality toilet paper full time improves my quality of life. :P</p>

<p>depends, if you live in a college apartment or a dorm with a private bathroom, you may need to provide your own toilet paper but in the dorms they should provide that for you in the communal bathrooms.</p>
<p>Depends how often you defecate. if you defecate once every couple of days you will use fewer amounts of toilet paper than the person who does it twice or three times daily.</p>
