<p>I've gotten all my decisions from the schools I've applied to and in two weeks, I'm likely going to make a decision. Right now, I'm not sure what to do. I have a local school, private school, out of state, and wait list.</p>

no fin aid, but close to home, affordable

Baylor University
a few scholarships/loans...nothing to make a real dent in 30k price

would have gone here if accepted probably, haven't visited</p>
<p>I'm not sure what to do. I'd like to major in some form of business and history.</p>
<p>If you can swing it, try to go away to college for at least your first semester. You can never replace the fresh out of high school starting college living in the dorm experience- even if it's across town (like I did).</p>
<p>Is it too late to apply to Texas Tech? We really, really liked the campus and the friendliness - and it is easier to get into than A&M. It has great spirit and lots of activities - check out the student union.</p>
<p>I don't really want to go to tech because its not particularly strong for my major(s) and its in the middel of nowhere,sorry but not the environment for me, i'm going to talk to my counselor about several options I can make, but if there are any other opinions I'd like to hear them...</p>
