Need Presentation Ideas

Anyone have some creative ideas on how to present/teach a story to an English class? I've got to present this story The Pillow Book.

<a href="http://www.f.waseda.jp/mjewel/jlit/authors_works/premodernlit/makura_no_soshi.html%5B/url%5D">http://www.f.waseda.jp/mjewel/jlit/authors_works/premodernlit/makura_no_soshi.html</a></p>

Normally, I would think along the lines of a skit, but The Pillow Book is basically a journal about the day-to-day life of a lady in waiting in Japan. No plot at all, maybe some common "themes."

About the only thing that came into mind was to somehow relate this to "blogs." Like instead of using the typical lecture w/ power point, I thought about asking the class to Blog as an "activity," or summarizing the material in blog format. (Yes, lame I know, since that's worse than the usual power point.)

Some of the other people in my group thought about doing a commercial selling the book.

Anyone got some suggestions or did some cool presentations?
