My question is....
Do internationals have to submit the graded paper? I've already passed out from my high school and havent had a graded paper yet. So it is extremely difficult for me to fulfil that requirement.
Anybody know if reed waives the requirement for int'ls?

Just send an email to admission@reed.edu and ask. They will answer all such questions. :)

I sent an email with a similar question some time ago (and by the way, I was amazed when I received an answer right the next day!). They said the graded paper is not required for internationals because they usually don't write essays in English, but if you want to submit one it is ok.

I submitted a graded essay last year. Since I had to submit graded papers to other colleges that I had applied to, I submitted it to Reed without caring if it required or not. It was not a good essay - just a General Paper exam essay that I had to write for the A Levels midterms. If you need to send a graded essay to other colleges, send one to Reed as well. It won't hurt you!
