It may matter a little if you are required to submit all scores but I think the higher score outweighs the negative. Besides I think your other subscores suggest you can improve the R if you focus on it.
The difference between a 33 (my goal) and a 32 (my actual score) matters only for the very very very top schools (i.e. Harvard, UChicago, etc). Otherwise, a 32 puts you in the mid-50 for many schools.
