Need your thoughts

As the release date for admission decisions nears, I am becoming increasingly antsy and would like some outside opinions on my chances. So, pretty much I'm a junior at community college. My first year I took classes at a c.c. in upstate NY called Tompkins Cortland Community College as an environmental studies major. I took a year of ENVS there, which is noteworthy given that the school has an articulation agreement with Cornell University. However, I became pregnant with my boyfriend in the middle of his first year of law school at Cornell U., and made the decision to move back home, where I would have the support system I needed to continue school. For the next two years, I have managed to complete the IGETC and fulfill the requirements for Berkeley's Urban Studies program with the exception of the Env Des 1 course that is not offered at my c.c. Along with Berkeley, I have applied to UCLA (geography/environmental studies major), UCSC (Santa Cruz, environmental studies), UCSD (environmental studies), USC (public policy, planning, and development major), and Cornell (urban and regional studies major).

Here are my stats:

GPA: 3.92
Status: 2nd generation Korean-American, 20 years old, the first in my family to graduate from a University, from a single-parent low-income household
E.C./Work: Supplemental Instruction Tutor for Intermediate Algebra, Drop-In math tutor at the tutoring center
Volunteer activities: I went on a mission trip in 2010 to Belize, where I volunteered as a team leader of a vacation bible/sports camp for the children in a village community.

I have been corresponding with the director and advisor of the urban studies program at Berkeley about my application. This is the last email from the director:

Hi Rachel. Thank you for getting back to me so quickly. We are still reviewing applications and have not made any final decisions yet. Since Env Des 1 is required for admission, I'm wondering whether you would be able to take the course at UC Berkeley this summer if you were admitted to Berkeley conditionally. Let me know what you think.

Best,

Do you think that she is trying to say that I will be admitted? Ahh I am freaking out and cannot take the suspense of not knowing what the future will bring.

What do you guys think will be my chances of getting into the schools that I've applied to?
