Hi there, i just want to clear this out, i've been looking into this college a little and i went to this website with some reviews, Hunter College - Manhattan/Upper East Side - New York, NY , and it looks like most people don't really think this school is worth the hassle, i know that it's cheap but it appears that the professors suck and that the courses are horrible.... Any opinions????

It's a City College created to offer educational opportunities to students who live in the five boroughs of New York. It admits only 35 percent of students who apply, and it is an affordable solution for many hard-working poor students.

The Honors Program is better known and more competitive: full-tuition, complementary Macbook, 7,500 dollars to study abroad.

It's certainly not crap. Perhaps by CC standards.

It's all relative. I think for a school at the city level (not even state), it's a pretty good one. Nobody's comparing it to Columbia or anything like that.

Yeah i got the picture, thanks, looking into Hofstra now
