Neighborhood Playhouse and Circle in the Square

Does anyone have information on these programs? Are they reputable? Do people often find success in them? If you have any information, that would be great!

My daughter just applied to the Neighborhood Playhouse summer program. Yes, it is very reputable. There was an article in the NY Times recently about acting schools which included some information about NP. Trying to find it online but I can’t. If I come across it I will post here. Also @remartin67 may be able to help.

NP, Circle in the Square, Stella Adler, Atlantic are some of the best and most reputable theatre conservatories in NYC. If you visit their websites you will find that each has a number of famous alumni. Of course, you don’t walk away with a degree. But degrees are not necessary for everyone. We opted to have my S (CCPA/Roosevelt BFA Acting) get a degree and do a summer program at NP. We visited and just loved it there so best of both worlds. Will also give him a chance to find out what the best fit is for him.
