Nervous as Hell.. Chance me for NU ED?

<p>So yea... just submitted my ED application and I'm nervous as hell...</p>

<p>SAT: 2150 (CR:660 M:800 W:690) My first attempt was 1960
GPA: Not sure... Im canadian.. I average around 85%
IB Score: predicted 37 (Around 91-95% - I'm completing diploma)
Ranking: Top 10% (Public school but its ranked 2nd in Ontario.)
Courseload: All IB Diploma Courses (3HL and 3 SL)</p>

<p>ECs:
President of PALS (Preventing ALS) from Grade 11 to grade 12. member in Grade 10
Member of: Random acts of Kindness, Red Cross, Fight for the Cure, etc</p>

<p>Volunteering:
4 years Running Computer Program and teaching chess at retirement home
3 years volunteering at hospital (dialysis)
2 years volunteering at a long term care home
1 of 4 YRT/VIVA ambassadors at my school Grade 10
Other volunteering at Library, etc.
Total ~1000hours</p>

<p>Other Activities
Working as tutor at Kumon grade 9-10
Taekwondo Grade 9-12 (1st Gup)</p>

Essay: I thought they were decent but im not sure. if you can judge it for me, Pm me and ill send a copy.. thanks! :)
Recs: Both teachers should be writing decent/good recs</p>

<p>BTW. Im asian (canadian citizen for 17 years).</p>

<p>I wish I could be more encouraging but I think it is a reach for you. Not out of reach but ED applications are up 14%. It will be interesting to see how many people they take ED this year. They took about 40% of last year’s freshman class from ED last year. Good luck.</p>
