NESCAC Chances?

I am currently a male sophomore at a prestigious catholic school in NY. I have a 3.7 unweighted GPA and have taken English 9 and 10 Honors, AP Euro, Bio, Chemistry and ALG 2/Trig. My grades have been getting better and better each quarter. I am a talented lacrosse player and believe I could play lacrosse for most D3 schools. I have heard being a recruited athlete can give you an edge for admissions at NESCAC schools. I do not know how much of a boost it can give you though. I believe I will do well on the SAT because of my PSAT scores.

Service-60 service hours so far, will have 150 by the time I graduate.

Please tell me which of these schools you believe I would be able to get into with my combination of Academics/Athletics. My top choices are: Trinity, Bates, Williams, Tufts, Bowdoin and Middlebury.
I know this is early to be weighing my chances of getting into schools but I will visit colleges this summer and I want to be able to rule out ones I wouldn't be able to get into.

It’s too soon to rule out anything, NYB. 700 per section on the SAT and top 5% class rank will probably make you an A band recruit, which means if your LAX skills are good enough, you’re potentially admissible anywhere in the NESCAC, If your scores are a little lower you might be a B or C band, which will give you fewer options - but is still possible. As you get closer, you can talk to coaches to get their feedback on where you stand.

Thank you for the response. Can you explain exactly what a band is please?

Here’s an overview of the band/slot system in the NESCAC. There may have been some changes since the article was written in 2005. <a href=“One Division III Conference Finds That Playing the Slots System Pays Off - The New York Times”>One Division III Conference Finds That Playing the Slots System Pays Off - The New York Times;
