<p>Hey, I know that it is past the 5/1 starting date for checking/accepting financial aid, however, I still cannot access Netpartner. There is no "Send pin to email" box, and when I put in my UID in the "first time user" page, I get an error.</p>

<p>Hey, thought I would update. I called the Fin Aid office today around noon. I told them I couldnt access my NetPartner account so they reset it for me. It worked right away after they reset it. Phone number for fin aid office is 212-998-4444.</p>
