Long story short I am a California State University, Los Angeles (CSULA) student in my fourth year and close to completing my major in psychology. I am whiling to stay one extra year as I did not feel ready yet but I found that neuropsychology caught my interest last fall semester 2017. My school does not offer such courses and upon talking with advisors I was told I cannot minor in biology unless I stay 2 years more. I feel pretty bummed out I discovered this field late but I am whiling to do what I can with the time I have now. I have a 3.6 GPA and I am secretary for an organization club here on campus (almost completing my one year term), and I volunteer for the club events as well. What can I do to enhance my chances into working in this field for when I apply for my masters? I have space to complete a minor that is not biology unfortunately, due to the many prerequisites it asks for.
I am a CSULA student upon completion with my psychology major. I need as much help as I can get in knowing what I can do in order to get into Neuropsychology for when I apply to my masters.
I am sure you have done a google search.
