Never got high scorer letter

According to the National Merit website, we were supposed to get a letter in April about being a high scorer, and asking you to name top-choice colleges. I definitely qualify (236), but I never got this letter. I can't get a hold of my counselor since it's the summer, and I'm kind of worried that I possibly mis-bubbled on my form or something (I don't remember if I ended up with an asterisk on my results page- I don't think I did, but I'm starting to get kind of worried since I haven't heard from them). At the same time, I've recently moved and I think some of our mail got lost. It's possible that my counselor sent me the letter but it never got forwarded properly to my new address.
If I call National Merit, will they be able to tell me if I am a high scorer or not?

Thanks in advance!

Actually, I just looked around CC a bit and found that students aren’t individually sent letters anymore, and that we don’t get to choose our colleges.

I do have another question, though… how do I change my address and school with NMC? I don’t want my old school to receive all of my info.

Call the NMSC directly: (847) 866-5100. They are usually very helpful.

Same for me! I never got one either, so we’re on the same boat…

Actually, all 50,000 of us are on the same boat. NM isn’t sending out high score letters anymore.

Hopefully, You’re an upcoming senior which will make you a NMSF. I think the notification to your school comes out in Sept. Don’t forget to file your paperwork to apply for NMF.
