I completed the CSS Profile and like a month ago and received emails from my colleges that I should be getting notified by the college board about the IDOC, but I never got it.

I checked my css profile online and it didn't say anything about the css profile either.

I emailed the IDOC department of the college board last week and I didn't get a reply back yet.

Can someone help me?

If you google IDOC College Board you should find the link to the IDOC website. It is a .org website. Click on the IDOC button. Then you can sign in with your SS# and birth date. It will let you know which of your schools required IDOC (this site is “part” of the CSS Profile site so it knows who your are by birth and SS#).

In addition to NewEnglandMother’s advise I’ll share this. One of my son’s colleges does use IDOC but they say on the website they do not make the request until the student is accepted RD so it’s possible that you haven’t received the IDOC request yet because the college determines when the request goes out. If you have questions you could also e-mail the college finaid office directly and tell them you have not received an IDOC request. They might have a more accurate response than College Board.
