<p>My D lives at Jefferson and says there are some new apartments going up across the street on 2nd Avenue. Does anyone have any idea of what they are called? I'm assuming they will probably be ready for Fall 2011, but if anyone has any information, we'd appreciate it.</p>
<p>I found out they are graduate housing, so not apartments.</p>
