UMiami seems to be good for pre-med/pre-dent too. President Shalala was the secretary of Health and Human Services for 8 years, so I’ve heard there’s a pretty big emphasis on medicine, health, and science at the school. The Miller School of Medicine is also a very good medical school. Too bad there’s not a dental school if I decide on going that route.

I wanna go to a good fit, not the most “prestigious” school that I get into. (unlike most people on here lol) Miami is still a stellar university in it’s own right. It fits everything I’m looking for: size, sports, weather, social life, class size, fitness facilities, etc…

I’ve already said that if you want a chance back, leave a link. It’s not hard.

University of Miami ED (undecided on ED): Low-Mid Match
University of Miami EA: Match
Georgetown University RD: Low Reach
University of Maryland EA, Smith auto-admit: Low Match
University of Alabama EA, honor’s college: Safety
Arizona State University EA, Barrett honor’s college: ???

Their average SAT actually has increased since the 1310 mark.

But you are definitely set. I know someone who had a 1980 SAT and got in, with much less success than you academically. It could be harder, since you are applying for the WP Carey school of business I’m assuming? Which is pretty tough to get into there from Barrett…
I’d definitely say match though, you’re a good applicant.
