<p>they designed the center for community at boulder. That is a gorgeous building and very green friendly too</p>

<p>looks great, just as an FYI as a student, I have seen construction but it looks like they’re still clearing out the area and haven’t actually started building yet, don’t know what that means in terms of it being done on time.</p>

<p>Clearing out will probably take the longest, I mean, they got the Porch at Schenley done in record time once they actually started building. And I think the new Bouquet Apartments only took a year to build (after clearing).</p>

<p>How are the new Bouquet apartments? I forgot to look when we were last there (in June).</p>
