Hi everybody, I don
t think I
m like everybody here, who probably had MIT as their dream school for a long time. Actually, I just knew about MIT last year, and couple of months later, I decided to apply to it. Now I know I
ll really get upset if I don
t get accepted.

Anyway, I
m an international student. I just got my first TOEFL and my score was 98. I know it is recommended to get 100+, so I
m taking another one. I took SAT1, and I
m waiting for the score (I won
t send it until I see them). However, on MIT
s website, they say that SAT is not a must for international students, and TOEFL is enough. I know I didn
t pretty good in the math portion, but the CR and writing won
t be perfect for sure, so is it advisable to send them the scores no matter what? and what is like the least limit score that I should send them? I
m taking SAT2, Math2 and Physics, next month, and I hope I`ll ace them.
ammm more information. My GPA was 97.8%. It is considered high since I had the highest percentage in male citizens in my city.
Extra Curriculum is a problem because I dont think we didn
t have things to do in our schools, and if there was any, it was to waste time and get out of classes.
Unfortunately, we don`t have super robotic courses and stuff like that.

One thing I`m really proud of is that I got the first in Physics Olympics on my country level.

I
ll apply to MIT for the next Fall. Please tell me anything that will help me with my application. Should I or should I not justify why I don
t have any extra curriculum? I know scores are not everything, so what must I concentrate and think about.
