No Loan Tuition for Middle-Income Families</p>
<p>Tulane is committed to making a world-class education accessible to all students who qualify to attend, regardless of family income. For incoming 2009 freshmen, we are offering “no loan” tuition to those students whose families earn less than $75,000 per year and who complete the two required financial aid application forms (FAFSA and CSS Profile). For these students, Tulane ensures that the cost of tuition, fees and transportation will be met with a combination of Tulane scholarship, the family’s institutional expected family contribution (EFC), certain federal grants and/or ROTC scholarship. Because Tulane’s student body is unique in that over 75% of its students travel over 500 miles from home to attend, budgeted travel costs to and from the university will also be factored into no-loan need-based Tulane offers the following Scholarships and Grants:</p>
