Lets say I took the old SAT. The one from January 22. On that SAT I got a 670 on the math. For the schools I want to go to, that is good enough, so if I took the May 7 SAT(today) and got a lower score, can I use the score from the first test? I know you could interchange the scores for the old test, but I don't know if you can mix them with the new test. Anyone know for sure about this?

From what I've heard... you can do that.

Depends on the school.

Do schools have this posted on their website?

yes, most schools post their SAT requirements on their sites. The UC's will not, of course, accept the old SAT for the matriculating class of '06.

I am mostly intrested in Georgia Tech, or University of Florida. Any ideas about these two schools?

I think UF only takes the new SAT scores

hmmm, and a 28 on the ACT... Will that get me into UF?
