New Student: Switching Major from L&S to HSSEAS

Hello, I was admitted as a pre-business economics major (Freshman) in the college of L&S. However, I have changed my mind since I applied. I would like to study computer science now, which is in HSSEAS. Would it be possible to switch college as a freshman? Thanks!
